How and When to Apply
Students interested in the Film and Media Management Concentration must submit a complete application that demonstrates their academic preparation, professional interests, and commitment to the program. Applications are reviewed several times each year on a rolling basis.
Eligibility Requirements
Back to topTo ensure students are well‑positioned for success in the Concentration, the following eligibility criteria apply:
Students pursuing the Goizueta Business Minor are not eligible.
Students may choose either the business minor or the Film and Media Management Concentration—but not both.Students must apply no later than March 1 of their junior year to be considered for acceptance.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis 3–4 times per year.
- Seats in required business courses are reserved during pre‑registration for students accepted into the Concentration.
- To receive priority consideration for the spring pre‑registration period, applications must be submitted by October 1.
- To receive priority consideration for the fall pre‑registration period, applications must be submitted by March 1.

Online Applicant Information Form
Submit the official online form with your basic academic and contact information.
Statement of Purpose (300–500 words)
Your statement should address:
- How the Film and Media Management Concentration aligns with your intellectual and professional goals
- The skills and experience you will contribute to the program
- The abilities and knowledge you hope to develop through the Concentration
One‑Page Resume
Include college, extracurricular, and/or professional activities related to your interests in film and media management. For extracurricular or community activities, list:
- Years involved
- Positions or offices held
Recommendation Form
Provide one recommendation from a professor or internship/work supervisor who can speak to your academic strengths and suitability for the Concentration.
Optional Supplementary Materials
Applicants may include supplemental creative work such as:
- A reel
- A link to media content you have produced
These materials are optional but may help illustrate your artistic or technical experience.
